摘    要:目的建立利舒康胶囊中盐酸小檗碱及黄柏碱的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(每100 mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g)梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为284 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在403.4~10 084.7μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r2=0.9991),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.7%;黄柏碱在169.137 6~4228.44μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9992),平均回收率为95.5%,RSD=3.2%。结论该方法准确、灵敏、重复性好,可用于利舒康胶囊中黄柏的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride and phellodendrine in Lishukang Capsules by HPLC. Methods Waters Symmetry Ci8 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (0.1 g sodidum dodecyl sulfonate in 100 mL water), with the flow rate of 1mL/min by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm. Results Berberine hydrochloride showed good linear relationship (r2=0.999 1) in the range of 403.4-10084.7μ g, the average recovery rate was 99.8% (RSD=1.7%). Phellodendrine showed good linear relationship (r2=0.999 2) in the range of 169.137 6-4228.44μg, the average recovery rate was 95.5% (RSD=3.2%). Conclusion The method is specific, accurate and convenient to be used for the quality control of Lishukang Capsules.
