东海县学龄儿童碘营养水平监测分析

目的了解东海县学龄儿童碘营养状况，为碘缺乏病防治提供依据。方法采集东海县8～10岁儿童尿样1044份，采用酸消化砷铈接触法检测。数据用SPSS17．0处理。结果学龄儿童尿碘中位数为172．6μg／L，尿碘Oμg／L组占0．29％，20μg／L组占1．15％，50μg／L组占12．93％，100μg/L组占48．56％，200μg／L组占33．62％，300μg／L组占3．45％。不同性别学龄儿童尿碘水平差异无统计学意义。结论东海县学龄儿童碘的摄入量可以满足机体需要，机体碘营养状况良好。

Analysis of urinary iodine results of school children in Donghai County

Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of school children in Donghai County, so as to provide the evidence for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The urinary iodine specimens from 1 044 school children were tested by spectrophotometry with redox catalytic of As. and Ce. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results The median of urinary iodine was 176.2 μg/L. The percentage of the urinary iodine 0 μg/L group was 0.29 %, the 20 μg/L group was 1.15 %, the 50μg/L group was 12.93 %, the 100μg/I, group was 48.56% ,the 200 μg/L group was 33.62% and the 300 μg/L group was 3.45%. There was no significant difference of the urinary iodine contents between different genders. Conclusions The body of iodine nutrition of school children is in good condition, indicating that the iodine intake meets the body needs.
