银屑病患者心理状况调查及相关因素分析

目的 探讨银屑病患者心理健康状况的相关社会因素.方法 对80例银屑病患者（观察组）和80名健康人（对照组）通过填写心理健康症状自评量表（SCL-90）、生活事件量表（LES）问卷,抑郁 自评量表（SDS）以及焦虑自评量表（SAS）进行社会心理因素调查.结果 SCL-90中治疗组在焦虑、抑郁、精神病性、躯体化等项的得分明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）.患者组总生活事件分和负性生活事件分评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）.SDS、SAS显示治疗组总分均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 银屑病患者存在焦虑、抑郁等心理障碍,需要心理护理干预.

Investigation and analysis of mental health status and related social factors of patients with psoriasis

Objective To investigate mental health status and related social factors of patients with psoriasis. Methods 80 cases of psoriasis patients and 80 normal controls were investigated by symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), life event scale (LES), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).Results Scores of anxiety, depression, psychoticism, somatization and other factors of SCL-90 of the patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls (P ＜0. 01 ). Scores of sub-total life events and negative life events of the patients were significantly higher than those of the controls(P ＜0. 01 ). Total Points of SAS and SDS in the treatment goup were significantly higher than in the control group (P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Psoriasis patients have psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression, and need psychological nursing intervention.
