| 摘 要： | 目的HPLC法测定刺五加中异秦皮定的含量 ,并对不同提取方法进行比较研究。方法以刺五加为分析对象 ,选择 3种提取工艺和 4种提取溶剂 ,异秦皮定为测定指标 ,采用DiamonsilC18(2 0 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,以乙腈 0 1 % (φ)磷酸 (V∶V =2 0∶80 )为流动相 ,检测波长3 43nm ,柱温为 40℃。结果异秦皮定在 0 0 2～ 0 8μg之间呈线性关系 ,方法的平均回收率为99 7% (n =6) ,RSD为 0 97% ;不同提取方法的刺五加药材中异秦皮定的含量有较大的差异。结论此方法可准确测定不同提取方法时刺五加中异秦皮定含量

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of isofraxidin in Acanthopanax Senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms of different extracting methods by HPLC.Methods The analyzed object is Acanthopanax Senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms, the concentration was determined by choosing three kinds of extracting techniques and four kinds of extracting agents.The chromatographic conditions included Diamonsil C 18 column (2000× 4 6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0 1%(φ) phosphoric acid (V∶V=20∶80), 343 nm of the UV detection wavelength and the column temperature 40℃.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range 0 02～ 0 8 μg.The method average recovery was 100 4% (n=6,RSD=1 8%).The determination result of isofraxidin in Acanthopanax Senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms was clearly different.Conclusion This accurate method can determine the content of isofraxidin in Acanthopanax Senticosus(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms. |
