妇科恶性肿瘤130例血清微量元素测定分析

目的探讨血清铜、铁、锌、钙、锰的含量与妇科恶性肿瘤的关系。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法,对经组织病理学确诊的130例妇科恶性肿瘤患者血清铜、铁、锌、钙、锰进行测定,并与本院普查的健康女性260例进行对照。结果 25例乳腺癌患者、26例子宫内膜癌患者、38例卵巢癌患者、41例宫颈癌患者血清铜含量分别为（20.44±2.86）、（17.54±3.85）（、6.84±2.21）和（14.23±3.15）μmol/L,与正常对照组的（12.73±2.56）μmol/L比较均明显增高（P〈0.05）;血清铁含量分别为（13.59±2.58）（、11.87±2.54）、（15.44±3.04）和（12.45±2.62）μmol/L;锌含量分别为（5.21±2.06）、（3.88±2.14）、（4.55±1.89）和（5.74±2.11）μmol/L,均低于正常对照组的血清铁含量（19.45±5.34）μmol/L和血清锌含量（7.25±6.73）μmol/L（P〈0.05）;血清钙、锰与正常组比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论血清铜、铁、锌与妇科恶性肿瘤的发生有关,这为妇科恶性肿瘤的防治提供了新的思路。

Analysis of serum trace elements in patients with gynecological malignancies

Objective To research the relationship between serum copper,iron,zinc,calcium,manganese content and gynecological malignancies.Methods By atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the serum copper,iron,zinc,calcium,manganese of 130 cases patients with gynecological malignancies and 260 health women were measured.Results The serum copper levels within 25 cases of breast cancer patients,26 cases of endometrial cancer patients,38 cases of ovarian cancer patients,41 cases of cervical cancer patients were 20.44±2.86μmol/L,17.54±3.85μmol/L,6.84±2.21μmol/L,14.23±3.15μmol/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than that with normal control group（P 0.05）.The serum iron and zinc in gynecological malignancies patients were lower than that in control（P0.05）.Conclusion Serum copper,iron and zinc are related with the occurrence of gynecological malignancies.
