高同型半胱氨酸血症对原发性高血压患者动脉粥样硬化的影响

摘    要:目的 观察高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症对原发性高血压患者动脉粥样硬化的影响.方法 选取2012年8月至2013年8月就诊于广东省佛山市南海区人民医院的门诊及住院患者87例,其中原发性高血压患者47例,健康对照组40例,根据Hcy水平分为4个亚组,即合并高Hcy的高血压组,未合并高Hcy的高血压组,合并高Hcy的对照组,未合并高Hcy的对照组,比较组间颈动脉IMT作为评价动脉粥样硬化的指标;将Hcy水平与IMT进行相关性分析.结果 原发性高血压组合并高Hcy者高于对照组(68.09%vs 25%,P<0.05),Hcy水平亦高于对照组(15.92 ±2.10 vs7.51±1.26μmol/L,P<0.05);原发性高血压组中高Hcy组的IMT大于Hcy正常组(1.39±0.10 vs 1.12 ±0.09 mm,P<0.05),原发性高血压高Hcy组IMT大于对照组高Hcy(1.39 ±0.10 vs 1.20 ±0.17 mm,P<0.05);相关性分析显示:血浆Hcy水平与IMT呈正相关(r=0.52,P<0.05).结论 高Hcy是动脉粥样硬化的危险因素之一,合并原发性高血压可进一步促进动脉粥样硬化的发生发展.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of high homocysteine (Hcy)hyperlipidemia in primary atherosclerosis Methods In patients with essential hypertension.Methods 87 patients with August 2012 were selected to August 2013 in Nanhai District of Guangdong Province People' s hospital outpatient and inpatient Foshan City,including 47 cases of essential hypertension,40 cases of healthy control group,according to the Hcy level is divided into 4 sub-groups,namely hypertension group with high Hcy,high Hcy is not associated with hypertension group the control group,with high Hcy,high Hcy with no control group,compare the carotid artery IMT as evaluation index of atherosclerosis;the Hcy level and IMT correlation analysis.Results The primary hypertension and high Hcy were higher than those in the control -oup (68.09% vs25%,P 〈 0.05),Hcy level were also higher than those in the control group (15.92 ± 2.10 vs 7.51 ± 1.26 μmol/L,P 〈0.05) ;primary high Hcy group,hypertension group IMT is greater than the normal Hcy group(1.39 ± 0.10 vs 1.12 ± 0.09 mm,P 〈 0.05),primary hypertension and high Hcy group than in the control group IMT Hcy (1.39 ± 0.10 vs 1.20 ± 0.17 mm,P 〈 0.05) ;correlation analysis showed that:the levels of plasma Hcy was positively correlated with IMT(r =0.52,P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Hey is a risk factor for atherosclerosis,hypertension can further promote the development of atherosclerosis.
