摘    要:巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)是一种重要的多功能细胞因子,在机体中分布广泛,可能参与了机体多种病理生理反应,其信号转导机制复杂而广泛,主要有激活细胞外信号调节激酶1/2(ERK1/2)信号转导途径、NF-κB途径,Jab 1途径等;与众多自身免疫疾病密切相关。

Abstract:Macrophage migration inhibitory factor is a multipotent cytokine and be widely distributed in the body, it may be involved in a variety of physiological and pathological responses, its signal transduction mechanism is complex and extensive, such as extracelluclar-signal regulated kinase 1/2(ERK1/2) signal transduction pathway, NF-κB and Jab 1 signal transduction pathway.It is closely related to many complex autoimmune diseases, but the MIF signal transduction mechanisms were still not completely clarified.
