摘    要:本实验用模拟高海拔状态,分别在4000米、6000米和8000米高度经30分钟后,观察急性缺氧对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响,同时观察小鼠尾血流图和行为的改变。结果表明,随海拔高度上升,耳廓微循环障碍逐渐加重,主要表现为血管扩张,毛细血管数增多,血流减慢,渗出和轻度出血,其失代偿高度为6000米。尾血流量随海拔高度上升或减压时间延长逐渐减少。行为的变化过程主要表现为活动减少,静卧,紧张烦燥和对外界刺激的反应性降低。在时相上,耳廓微循变障碍与尾血流量减少和行为变化具有一致性,因而,微循环障碍可能构成急性缺氧时造成机体进一步损伤的因素之一。

Abstract:The experiments were made for studying the microcirculatory changes in mouse ear at different altitudes of 4000, 6000 and 8000 meters in minic conditions by observing the tail rheogram and behavior of the mouse. Results revealed dilated microvessels, increased number of opened capillaries, decreased velocity of blood flow, and exudattion and blood oozing to some extent; all of which were aggravated as the altitude was raised higher.The animal fell in decompensated condition when over 6000 meter altitude was reached. The tail blood volume deceased gradually as the altitude was kept higher and longer. The sequential changes in the animal's behavior were inactiveness, crouching-down quietly, restlessness and,finally, loss of reactions to external stimuli. The occurance of microcirculatory disturbances was almost synchronous with the decrease of tail blood volume and the changes of behavior in the mouse, so that the microcirculatory disturbances might be one of the factors which injure the organism still further during acute hypoxia.
