摘    要:[目的]了解代谢综合征(MS)人群的膳食摄入现状,为进一步预防和干预MS提供理论基础。[方法]对上海市黄浦区某社区222名MS患者进行体格检查、生化指标测定和膳食调查,并将所得资料进行处理分析。[结果]MS人群以50~60岁人数最多,男女年龄构成略有不同。男女之间空腹血清胰岛素水平差异有统计学意义。MS诊断所需4项指标对于MS诊断的贡献大小排序为血压、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油和空腹血糖。MS人群钠的摄入量过高,而维生素和钾的摄入量则不足;碳水化合物和蛋白质的供能不足,而脂肪供能过多;早餐供能偏低。[结论]MS人群的饮食结构不合理,建议调整膳食结构,减少钠和脂肪的摄入,增加富含维生素和钾的蔬菜水果摄入,增加早餐能量摄入。

Analysis on Nutritional Status of Adults with Metabolic Syndrome in a Community

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the current status of nutrient intakes of adults with metabolic syndrome(MS)in a community and to prepare the basal academic theories for the prevention and control of MS.[ Methods] Physical examinations, dietary investigation and levels of biochemical profile,including fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and high density lipoprotein cholestero(lHDL-C)were conducted in 222 adults with MS in a community of Huangpu District, Shanghai,and the data were analyzed.[ Results] Most adults with MS were in 50-60 years of age group,and there was a tiny difference between males and females.The levels of serum insulin were significantly different between the two genders.Blood pressure was most valuable for the diagnosis of MS,next were HDL-C,TG and FPG sebsequently.Adults with MS took too more sodium and were lack of potasium and vitamins.More energy came from fats,but less from carbohydrates and proteins.Less energy came from breakfast.[ Conclusion] The dietary structure of the sampled adults with MS was unreasonable.It was suggested to adjust the dietary structure by decreasing intakes of fat and sodium,increasing intakes of fruits and vegetables rich in potasium and vitamins,and increasing energy from breakfast.
