围生期感染的相关指标测定对早产儿脑损伤的意义

目的 探讨早产儿脑损伤与围生期感染的关系。方法2004年1月至2005年3月青岛市妇女儿童医疗中心对56例早产儿行头颅超声检查，根据超声结果，分为脑损伤组（27例）和无脑损伤组（29例）。分别取孕母胎盘做病理检查并对出生早产儿测血清C反应蛋白（CRP）水平作为感染的标志物，观察两组孕母绒毛膜羊膜炎和早产儿感染的发生情况。结果孕母绒毛膜羊膜炎和有感染的早产儿在脑损伤组分别高达61．28％和77．12％显着高于无脑损伤组的发生率（P〈0．01和P〈0．05）。结论围生期发生感染的早产儿易发生脑损伤，应加强围生期相关感染指标的监测。

The signifcance of assaying corresponding index of peripartal infection in brain injury of preterm infant

Objective:To analyze the relation between the peripartal infection and the brain injury in preterm infant.Methods:From January 2004 to March 2005,56 preterm infants were checked by head ultrasongraphy in our center.Then the cases were devided into two were checked by pathological methods and the CRP of serum as infectional badge were tested in preterm infants at the same time.To observe the occurrence of chorion-amnionitis of gravidas and the infection of preterm infants in two groups.Results:In brain-iroury group,chorion-amnionitis was 61.28%and preterm infants of infection was 77.12%,which is significantly higher than non-brain-injury group(P<0.01 andP<0.05).Conclusion:Preterm infants of peripartal infection tend to occur brain injury and should be take more observation by assaying the corresponding index of peripartal infection.
