补托法治疗慢性前列腺炎56例疗效观察

目的：观察托里消毒散治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效及其对前列腺液中分泌型免疫球蛋白A（SIgA)的影响。方法：将112例慢性前列腺炎患者随机按1：1分为2组，治疗组56例以托里消毒散治疗，对照组56例以前列泰片治疗，3疗程后观察症状，体征改善情况，前列腺液镜检及前列腺认中SIgA的变化。结果：治疗组临床治愈率，显效率分别为48．21％，37．50％，总有效率为96．43％；对照组临床治愈率，显效率分别为16．07％，19．64％，总有效率为74．79％。2组临床治愈率，显效率及总有效率比较，差异均有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01）。治疗组临床主要症状，体征除性功能异常改善不明显外，均明显优地对照组（P＜0．01－0．05）。前列腺液镜检，治疗组治疗后卵磷脂小体增加和白细胞的减少均明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）。前列腺液中SIgA水平较对照组下降明显（P＜0．01）。结论：补托法治疗慢性前列腺炎具有良好的疗效，并能有效调节前列腺局部的免疫反应。

Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis by Tonifying and Toxin - Expelling Therapy: A Clinical Observation of 56 Cses

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tuoli Xi-aodu San (TXS) for chronic prostatitis (CP) and its influence on secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA). Methods: 112 cases of CP were allocated randomly to treatment group (56 cases treated by TXS) and control group (56 cases treated by Qianlietai Tablet). After 3 courses of treatment, the symptoms and signs, the succus prostaticus under microscopy and its SIgA were observed. Results: The cure rate, markedly effective rate and total effective rate were 48.21% , 37. 05% and 96. 43% respectively in treatment group and 16. 07%, 19.64% and 76.79% respectively in control group (P< 0.01) . Otherthan the sexual function, the clinical symptoms and signs in treatment group were markedly improved than those of control group (P<0.01-0.05) . The succus prostaticus under microscopy showed increase of lecithin corpuscles and decrease of leukocytes in treatment group, being more marked than the control group ( P < 0. 01), and SIgA level in succus prostaticus was decreased more than in control group ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The tonifying and toxin -expelling therapy exerts a good effect for CP and can regulate the im-munologic reaction of prostate effectively.
