丙酮缩去炎舒松局部注射治疗Graves病伴甲状腺肿大30例疗效观察

目的对Graves病伴甲状腺肿大的患者局部注射长效糖皮质激素,观察其对甲状腺肿大的疗效.方法将60例患者随机分为注射组和对照组,每组30例,均给予抗甲状腺药物治疗.另外,注射组在肿大的甲状腺内注射丙酮缩去炎舒松,每次40mg,每月注射1次,3次为一疗程.结果一疗程结束后观察到注射组有明显的消甲状腺肿效果,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P＜0.005),较对照组疗效为优(P＜0.01),且同时观察到本疗法有助于下调甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGA)、甲状腺微粒体抗体(MCA).结论局部注射长效糖皮质激素丙酮缩去炎舒松,对于Graves病患者的甲状腺肿大具有显著的消退作用,且可能对Graves病的总体疗效有促进作用.

Clinical effect of intea-thyroid injection of triamcinolone in patients with Graves disease and thyromegaly

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultralente glucocorticoid(Triamcinolone Acetonide) intra-thyrcid injection in patients with Graves disease acompanied with thyromegaly. Methods 60 patients were devided into injection group and control group randomly. Each group had 30 cases. The two groups were treated with anti-thyroid drug(ATD), and at the same time the injection group were injected with Triamcinolone Acetonide(40mg/time, 1/month for three times). Results The thyromegaly treated with injection was much more improved than that before treatment and that of the control group after one cycle of treatment(P < 0.01), moreover, the injection group had low TGA and MCA. Conclusions The intra-thyroid injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide therapy can obviously alleviate thyromegaly and can probably improve the gross clinical effect of Graves disease therapy.
