青蒿琥酯抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

目的：探讨青蒿琥酯的抗肿瘤作用。方法：采用体内试验以荷瘤小鼠实体瘤重、抑瘤率为实验指标评价青蒿琥酯对S180移植性肉瘤的抑制作用；以荷瘤小鼠存活时间为实验指标评价青蒿琥酯对H22移植性腹水癌的抑制作用。结果：青蒿琥酯能明显抑制实体瘤重，并延长荷瘤小鼠存活时间。结论：青蒿琥酯对S180、H22诱发的移植性肿瘤具有一定的抑制作用。

Study on the anti-tumor effect of artesunate

Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor effect of artesunate. Methods: The inhibition effect of the artesunate on S180 cells in vivo was evaluated by the tumor weight of tumor-bearing mice and the tumor inhibition rate. The inhibition effect on the H22 cells in vivo was evaluated by the survival time of tumor-bearing mice. Results: Artesunate can obviously inhibit the tumor weight of tumor-bearing mice, and prolong the survival time of it. Conclusion: Artesunate had the inhibition effect on the S180 cells and H22 cells.
