摘    要:目的:探讨糖耐量减退(IGT)者的血脂代谢改变特征.方法:对照组从糖耐量正常人群中随机选取,无高血压,且体重指数(BM1)介于18.5~25;IGT组(即试验组)按有无高血压和肥胖分为单纯IGT组、IGT伴肥胖组、IGT伴高血压组、IGT伴肥胖和高血压组,测定各组血脂水平,与IGT正常组(对照组)结果进行比较.结果:各试验组TC、TG、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C,结果均较对照组高,而HDL-C水平较对照组低,且差异有显著性;各试验组间TC、TG、HDL-C、TC/HDL-C差异也有显著性.结论:IGT与2型糖尿病的脂代谢改变特征相似.

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the changes of lipid metabolism in impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) indivi duals.Methods:IGT individuals were divided into four groups by hypertension and obesity (IGT individuals without hypertension and obesity,IGT individuals with hypertension,IGT individuals with obesity,IGT individuals with hypertension and obesity).Healthy adults were as control.Serum lipids were tested.Results:Levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,TC/HDL-C of IGT individuals were higher than healthy adults,and level of HDL-C was lower than healthy adult.Conclusion:The changes of the lipid metabolism of IGT individuals was like diabetic type 2 individuals.
