思美泰引起外周血管变化的临床观察和处理

目的:观察静脉注射思美泰引起外周血管的变化,研究其相应的处理措施。方法:随机选择40例肝硬化前和肝硬化所致的肝内胆汁郁积患者,静脉注射思美泰500～1000mg/d,观察静脉注射部位血管的变化。结果:40例肝内胆汁郁积患者,静脉注射思美泰后,注射部位外周血管全都产生不同程度的硬化改变(40例)、呈现条索状红线4例、发红5例、肿胀3例、灼热6例、疼痛2例,注射部位外周血管变硬与呈现条索状红线、发红、肿胀、灼热、疼痛比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过冷、热敷等相应的处理,注射部位外周血管硬化改变,可以明显减轻。结论:思美泰有引起患者外周血管硬化的副作用,恰当的处理,可以减轻其副作用。

The Clinical Observation and Treatment of the Peripheral Vascular Sclerosis Caused by S-adenosyl-L-methionine

Objective: To observe the changes of the peripheral vascular caused by S-adenosyl-L-methionine,and study how to treat the changes.Methods:40 patients with cholestasis in liver gathered by random sampling methods were injected with S-adenosyl-L-me-thionine(500 - 100mL/d)by the peripheral veins, and then the changes of the peripheral veins caused by injected with S-adenosyl-L-methionine were observed.Results: After injecting with S-adenosyl-L-methionine,the peripheral veins injected became sclerotic in all of the 40 patients with different degree, in 4 cases the peripheral veins injected revealed red line, in 5 cases the veins exhibited a red clour,in 3 cases the veins were swelled,in 6 cases the veins were burning,in 2 cases the veins hurt.The diference between the selero-sis and other pathological manifestations were considerable ( P < 0.05) .The sclerosis of the periphral veins would be reduced by the treatment of the cool,hot and so on. Conclusion: S-adenosyl-L-methionine has the side effects (to sclerose the peripheral vascular of patients) ,but the side effects will be reduced by the aptitude treatment.
