手术内固定及康复治疗老年肱骨近端骨折

目的：探讨手术内固定及康复治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的方法。方法：28例老年肱骨近端骨折采用克氏针、锁定接骨板等内固定及术后康复治疗。结果：28例随访9～15个月,平均随访13个月,采用Neer评分标准进行评估,优17例、良7例、可4例,优良率85.7%。结论：对老年肱骨近端骨折治疗,应拟定个体化治疗方案,严格“无创术”原则,术后合理康复训练,是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的有效方法。

Internal Fixation and Rehabilitation Therapy for Proximal Humeral Fractures in Aged Patients

Objective： To investigate the methods and effect of internal fixation and rehabilitation therapy in treatment of proximal humeral fractures in aged patients. Methods： 28 cases of proximal humeral fractures in aged patients were treated by K - wire, locking plate internal fixation for treatment and postoperative rehabilitation. Results： 28 patients were followed up for an average of 13 months （9- 15 months）. According to Neer grading system , 17 cases were superior, 7 cases were well, 4 cases were okay, the overall excellent and good rate was 85.7%. Conclusion： Individual therapeutic scheme and reasonable rehabilitation training are effective methods for treatment of proximal humeral fractures in aged patients.
