胸腰段脊柱骨折AF内固定疗效分析

目的探索本科制定AF治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的类型，并观察其临床效果。方法取后正中切口，以伤椎为中心，显露两侧椎板及椎间小关节，椎弓根钉固定伤椎上、下相邻椎体撑开复位；后严格规定卧床时间和内植物取出时间。结果68例患者中，随访10—26mo，平均16mo，均见骨折复位后，高度无丢失，内固定器取出后，均恢复了原有的生活和工作。结论胸腰段脊柱骨折，根据受伤的暴力及方向，可出现不同的骨折类型，只要严格掌握AF治疗脊柱骨折的原则，才能取得好的效果，降低内植物的失效率。

Efficacy of Internal Fixation with Atlas Fixation System for Thoracolumbar Fracture

Objective To explore the types of AF therapy for thoracolumbar fracture and observe their clinical efficacies. Methods With a posterior median incision and injuried vertebra as a centre, bilateral vertebral plate and intervertebral facet joint was revealed, pedicel screw was used for the internal fixation of vertebral body adjacent to damaged vertebra at the upper and bottom for distraction. The time of the bed rest and implant removal was restricted. Results All 68 cases were followed up for 10-26mo with a mean of 16mo and in the absence of the vertebral body height loss after receiving fracture reduction. The patients returned to prior lives and works after removing internal fixation device. Conclusion The presence of varying types of.fracture in thoracolumbar fracture depends on the injuried violence and direction. Only the principal olAF for spinal fracture is mastered strictly, can favorable efficacy be achieved with decreased failure rat for the implant.
