| 摘 要： | 目的探讨团体回忆疗法改善社区老年人抑郁症状的效果。方法用老年抑郁量表（GDS）筛选出符合研究要求的老年人129例,随机分成干预组（62例）和对照组（67例）。对照组接受健康教育,干预组在此基础上进行为期6周的团体回忆治疗干预,分别在干预前及干预6周后测评老年人抑郁症状,并进行对比分析。结果干预后干预组GDS评分显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且与对照组干预后比较差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。干预后,干预组抑郁症状缓解率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论团体回忆治疗有助于缓解社区老年人的抑郁症状,提高老年人的心理健康水平。
