| 摘 要： | 细辛挥发油能松弛组胺、乙酰胆碱引起的离体气管痉挛;松弛组胺、乙酰胆碱以及氯化钡引起的离体回肠痉挛;明显增加豚鼠离体心脏的冠脉流量;细辛油有明显的抗炎作用,能显著抑制酵母、甲醛引起的大鼠踝关节肿胀,对抗巴豆油引起的小鼠耳肿胀,抑制抗大鼠兔血清引起的大鼠皮肤浮肿、由组胺引起的大鼠血管通透性增加以及大鼠塑料环内肉芽增生。

| Abstract: | Xi Xin" essential oil was isolated from Asarum heterotropoi-des F. Schmidt Var mandshuricum ( Maxim ) Kitag."Xi Xin" oil could relax the spasm of bronchial smooth muscle caused by histamine or Ach. The effect of antihistamine is stronger than that of anti-Acetylcholine. The oil also relaxed the spasm of ileac smooth muscle caused by histamine,Ach or BaCl2."Xi Xin" oil increased the coronary blood flow in isolated heart of guinea pig.Intraperitoneal injection of "Xi Xin" oil at a dose of 0.24ml/kg and 0.0672 ml/kg reduced the swelling of the hand paw in rats caused by injection of beer yeast or formaldehyde and also the swelling of the ear in mice caused by croton oil respectively.The oil reduced the skin edema of rats caused by injection of anti -rat rabbits serum and markdly inhibited the increase of the blood capillary permeability due to histamine, but the action of 5-HT was not affected.The oil could also inhibit the proliferation of granuloma induced by plastic ring. |
