200例剖宫产应用抗生素情况分析

目的 了解剖宫产抗生素应用现状,为规范抗生系合理使用提供科学依据.方法 回顾性分析2008年1月至2008年12月本院剖宫产手术病历.结果 共调查病历200份,抗生素使用率为100%,联合用药率为1.5%;抗生素使用前3位为头孢唑啉、头孢替安、头孢替唑,选用第一、二代头孢菌素占67.5%;用药疗程<48 h占7.5%,<72 h占63.5%.结论 本院剖宫产抗生素应用在品种、疗程、联用等掌握较为合理,抗菌药物使用时机必须加强引导和管理.

Analysis of Application of Antibiotics Drug in 200 Patients with C-sect

Objective To investigate the application of antibiotics in patients with c-sect so as to provide references for rational administration of drugs. Methods Case reports of c-sect patients during January to December 2008 were retrieved. Results A total of 200 case reports were analyzed. 100% of them were used antibiotics, and the combination use rate was 1.5%. The top three of the most frequently used antibiotics were cefazolin, cefotiam, and ceftezole. 67.5% used the first generation cephalosporins and the second generation cephalosporins. 7.5% of them had been used <48 h.63.5% of them had been used < 72 h. Conclusion The kinds, treatment period, and combined application of antibioticsin patients with c-sect is rational on the whole, however, the medication time need to be standardized.
