异维A酸联合ALA-PDT及点阵激光治疗重度痤疮的临床效果

目的 探究异维A酸联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（ALA-PDT）及点阵激光治疗重度痤疮的临床 效果及安全性。方法 选取我院2020年1月-2022年6月收治的120例重度痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分为A、 B、C三组，每组40例。三组均给予异维A酸口服治疗，A组联合ALA-PDT治疗，B组联合1550 nm点阵激 光治疗，C组联合ALA-PDT及1550 nm点阵激光治疗，比较三组治疗前后痤疮综合评分（GAGS）及临床 疗效。结果 三组治疗后GAGS评分均低于治疗前，且C组低于A组及B组（P ＜0.05）；C组治疗总有效率 （95.00%）高于A组（75.00%）及B组（72.50%）（P＜0.05）。结论 采用异维A酸联合ALA-PDT及点阵激 光治疗可有效缓解重度痤疮患者临床症状，提高治疗效果。

Clinical Effect of Isotretinoin Combined with ALA-PDT and Fractional Laser in the Treatment of Severe Acne

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of isotretinoin combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) and fractional laser in the treatment of severe acne. Methods A total of 120 patients with severe acne admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into three groups: A, B and C, with 40 patients in each group. The three groups were given oral isotretinoin treatment, group A combined with ALA-PDT treatment, group B combined with 1550 nm fractional laser treatment, group C combined with ALA-PDT and 1550 nm fractional laser treatment. The global acne grading system (GAGS) and clinical efficacy of the three groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The GAGS score of the three groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and group C was lower than group A and group B (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in group C (95.00%) was higher than that in group A (75.00%) and group B (72.50%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Isotretinoin combined with ALA-PDT and fractional laser in the treatment of severe acne can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect.
