早期整形修复对手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形创面愈合及关节功能的影响

目的 分析早期整形修复对手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形创面愈合及关节功能的影响。方法 选取胜 利油田中心医院2020年1月-2023年10月收治的70例手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者为研究对象，随机分为 对照组与观察组，各35例。对照组予以常规治疗联合整形修复治疗，观察组予以常规治疗联合早期整形 修复治疗，比较两组创面愈合情况、关节功能、治疗满意度及生活质量。结果 观察组术后7、15、30 d 创面面积均小于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后15、30 d手关节活动度量表（TAM）评分均高于对照 组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗满意度为97.14%，高于对照组的62.86%（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后生活质量评 分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 对手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩畸形患者实行早期整形修复有利于创面愈合， 促进关节功能恢复，可提高患者治疗满意度，改善生活质量。

Effect of Early Plastic Repair on Wound Healing and Joint Function of Scar Contracture Deformity After Hand Burn

Objective To analyze the effect of early plastic repair on wound healing and joint function of scar contracture deformity after hand burn. Methods A total of 70 patients with scar contracture deformity after hand burn admitted to Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment combined with plastic repair, while the observation group was treated with routine treatment combined with early plastic repair. The wound healing, joint function, treatment satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The wound area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group at 7, 15 and 30 days after operation (P <0.05). The scores of total active motion (TAM) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 15 and 30 days after operation (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 62.86% of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group after operation was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Early plastic repair for patients with scar contracture deformity after hand burn is beneficial to wound healing, promote joint function recovery, improve patient satisfaction and improve quality of life.
