虎杖苷抗氧化活性研究进展

摘    要:虎杖苷是从中药虎杖的干燥根茎中提取的单体化合物,是白藜芦醇的葡糖苷衍生物。现代药理学研究发现,虎杖苷在许多生物过程中发挥重要作用,包括氧化应激、炎症和细胞凋亡等。与白藜芦醇相比,虎杖苷因具有更高的抗氧化活性和生物利用度受到广泛关注。近年来研究发现虎杖苷可以显著改善多种氧化应激相关疾病,如神经退行性疾病、糖尿病、心血管相关疾病等。文章就虎杖苷在多种临床常见疾病中的抗氧化作用进行综述,以期为虎杖苷的后续研究及开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Polydatin,the monomeric component extracted from the dried rhizomes of Chinese herb Polygonum cuspidatum,is a glucoside derivative of resveratrol. Modern pharmacologic studies demonstrated that Polydatin plays essential roles in numerous important biological processes,including oxidative stress,inflammation,apoptosis and so on. Polydatin has received much attention due to its higher antioxidant activity and enhanced bioavailability,when compared with resveratrol. Recent studies have found that Polydatin can be applied in the treat of a variety of oxidative stress-related diseases,including neurodegenerative diseases,diabetes,cardiovascular diseases and so on. In this review,we systematically discussed the antioxidant effects of Polydatin in a wide variety of common diseases. We expect to provide reference for future research on the potential development and utilization of Polydatin.
