Research progress on dosage forms of marine products |

| Abstract: | The ocean is rich in biological resources and can serve as a treasure trove of resources for modern medicinal compounds. However, it is worth noting that a considerable number of marine products are limited in the development and utilization of drugs due to their large molecular weight, poor fat solubility, poor stability, and low bioavailability. Therefore, it is a very important procedure in the process of marine pharmaceutical research to prepare marine products into various suitable dosage forms and endow them with new physical and chemical properties. Based on the research reports on the dosage forms of marine products at home and abroad from 2010 to 2022, this paper classifies various marine products according to their compound types, and summarizes the problems existing in the application of various marine products and the development of dosage forms, in order to provide reference for the development of marine products and the research of new dosage forms. |
