基于虚拟仿真技术的进阶式手部技能训练在口腔医学专业本科生教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 评价虚拟仿真系统在口腔专业低年级本科生手部技能进阶式训练的应用效果。方法 选择 78名大二口腔专业本科生作为培训对象,利用 Simodont虚拟系统模块设计出进阶式培训课程,包括初级(60 %完成度)、中级(80 %完成度)、高级(90 %完成度),共5学时,通过初、中、高级虚拟课程培训,考察学生操作的效率。结果 78名学生通过初、中、高的虚拟课程培训后,平均分数为初级(74.42±5.00)、中级(73.70±3.79)分,高级(70.04±3.98)分。平均操作时间逐渐缩短,初级(6.43±2.25)min,中级(6.19±1.98)min,高级(4.87±0.98)min。操作效率逐渐升高,其中高级虚拟课程培训与初、中级相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 以 Simodont 虚拟系统操作模块为基础的进阶式虚拟课程能提高低年级学生的操作效率,具有推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of virtual systems in advanced hand skills training for junior undergraduate students majoring in stomatology. Methods 78 sophomore undergraduate students majoring in dentistry were selected as training subjects, and the advanced training courses were designed using the Simodont virtual system module, including beginner level (60 % completion), intermediate level (80 % completion), and advanced level (90 % completion), with a total of 5 class hours. The efficiency of students'' operations was evaluated through beginner, intermediate, and advanced virtual course training. Results The 78 students were trained through the virtual course at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels with mean scores of beginner (74.42±5.00), intermediate (73.70±3.79), and advanced (70.04±3.98). The average operating time was progressively shorter, with (6.43±2.25) minutes for beginner, (6.19±1.98) minutes for intermediate, and (4.87±0.98) minutes for advanced. Operational efficiency gradually increased, with a statistically significant difference between the advanced virtual course training compared to the beginner and intermediate level training (P<0.05). Conclusion The advanced virtual curriculum based on the Simodont virtual system operation module can improve the operational efficiency of junior undergraduate students and is of value for dissemination.
