陈伟基于“胃以通为补”理论病证结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎之经验

慢性萎缩性胃炎的基本病机为饮食不节、情志失畅或外邪等致脾胃虚弱,气血津液失于运化,形成痰、湿、瘀、热、毒等蕴结中焦,而致诸症杂生。其病性属本虚标实,本虚分为气虚、阴虚、阳虚,标实则包含气滞、血瘀、湿滞、痰阻、热郁等,治当补通结合。“以通为补”理论深刻认识到了胃腑通畅的重要性,强调以通运胃腑来实现补益的目的。陈伟教授运用该法辨证施治,在慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗中颇具疗效。

Chen Wei's experience in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with combination of disease and syndrome based on the theory of "Tonifying the stomach with unobstruction"

The basic pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis is the weakness of the spleen and stomach caused by improper diet, emotional disorder or external evil, and the abnormal movement of qi, blood and body fluid, forming phlegm, dampness, stasis, heat, poison and other accumulation of medium energizer, resulting in miscellaneous diseases. The nature of disease is the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. The deficiency in origin can be divided into qi deficiency, yin deficiency, and yang deficiency. The excess in superficiality contains qi stagnation, blood stasis, dampness stagnation, phlegm obstruction, heat stagnation, etc. And the treatment should be a combination of tonifying and unobstruction. The theory of "Tonifying the stomach with unobstruction" deeply recognizes the importance of an unobstructed stomach and emphasizes the purpose of tonifying the stomach. Professor Chen Wei applied this method to treat chronic atrophic gastritis, which is quite effective.
