光子嫩肤技术在皮肤美容中的应用效果

摘    要:目的 观察光子嫩肤技术在皮肤美容中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年1月于兴义市人民医院皮肤科接受皮肤美容治疗的100例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组予以水杨酸治疗,观察组予以光子嫩肤技术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、临床相关指标、pH值和油脂评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%(P <0.05);观察组色素斑、细纹、纹理、毛孔评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组皮损恢复时间、红斑消退时间、脱痂时间短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组干预后pH值和油脂评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 皮肤美容中应用光子嫩肤技术可有效改善患者面部色素斑、细纹、纹理、毛孔粗大情况,还能减少毛囊油脂分泌,促进皮肤胶原纤维增加,提高皮肤美容效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of photorejuvenation technology in skin cosmetology. Methods FromJanuary 2022 to January 2023, 100 patients who received skin cosmetic treatment in the Dermatology Department of XingyiPeople''s Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by randomnumber table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with salicylic acid, and the observation groupwas treated with photon rejuvenation technology. The clinical efficacy, symptom score, clinical related indicators, pH value and oilscore were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which washigher than 72.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of pigment spots, fine lines, texture and pores in the observation groupwere lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The recovery time of skin lesions, erythema regression time and decrustationtime in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the pH value and oil scoreof the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of photorejuvenationtechnology in skin cosmetology can effectively improve the facial pigmentation, fine lines, texture and coarse pores of patients,reduce the oil secretion of hair follicles, promote the increase of skin collagen fibers, and improve the skin cosmetology effect.
