复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的应用效果

目的 探究复方氟米松软膏治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的效果。方法 选取2022年10月-2023年10月我院收治的70例湿疹皮炎类皮肤病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各35例。对照组采用醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏治疗，治疗组采用复方氟米松软膏治疗。比较两组治疗后免疫功能指标、不良反应发生率及治疗总有效率。结果 治疗14 d后，治疗组白细胞介素18、γ-干扰素水平高于对照组，EB病毒抗体低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组总有效率为97.14%，高于对照组的80.00%（P ＜0.05）。结论 采用复方氟米松软膏治疗可改善湿疹皮炎类皮肤病患者免疫水平，提高治疗有效率，降低不良反应发生率，值得临床应用。

Effect of Compound Flumetasone Ointment in the Treatment of Eczema and DermatitisRelated Skin Diseases

Objective To explore the effect of compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of eczema and dermatitis relatedskin diseases. Methods A total of 70 patients with eczema and dermatitis related skin diseases admitted to our hospital fromOctober 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 35 patients in each group. Thecontrol group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream, and the treatment group was treated with compoundflumetasone ointment. The immune function indexes, incidence of adverse reactions and total effective rate of treatment werecompared between the two groups after treatment. Results After 14 days of treatment, the levels of interleukin-18 and interferon-γin the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the EB virus antibody was lower than that in the controlgroup (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Thetotal effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). ConclusionCompound flumetasone ointment can improve the immune level of patients with eczema and dermatitis related skin diseases,improve the effective rate of treatment, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
