围术期综合护理干预对剖宫产后切口愈合及美观度的影响

目的 探讨围术期采用综合护理干预对剖宫产术后切口愈合和美观度的影响。方法 选取我院2021年3月-2023年3月收治的60例行剖宫产的孕产妇为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组围术期实施常规护理，观察组围术期在对照组基础上增加综合护理，比较两组切口缝线反应发生情况、切口愈合效果、瘢痕愈合评分及切口美观度。结果 观察组术后1周0度切口缝线反应发生率为90.00%，高于对照组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后2周手术切口甲级愈合率为96.67%，高于对照组的76.67%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组瘢痕愈合评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组切口愈合美观优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 围术期综合护理干预对剖宫产手术切口愈合有良好效果，可有效阻断病理瘢痕形成，对于增加切口愈合美观度有积极作用。

Effect of Perioperative Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Wound Healing andAesthetics After Cesarean Section

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on wound healing andaesthetics after cesarean section. Methods Sixty pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from March2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by randomnumber table method, with 30 pregnant women in each group. The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperativeperiod. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group during the perioperative period.The incidence of incision suture reaction, incision healing effect, scar healing score and incision aesthetics were compared betweenthe two groups. Results The incidence of 0 degree incision suture reaction in the observation group was 90.00% at 1 week afteroperation, which was higher than 76.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The gradeA healing rate of surgical incision at 2 weeks after operation in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scar healing score of the observation group waslower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of woundhealing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention has a good effect on wound healing of cesarean section, which caneffectively blocks the formation of pathological scars and have a positive effect on increasing the aesthetics of wound healing.
