口腔正畸修复在上前牙美学修复治疗中的应用效果

目的 观察在上前牙美学修复治疗中应用口腔正畸修复的效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年1月 于我院行上前牙美学修复治疗的60例患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给 予常规修复治疗，观察组给予口腔正畸修复治疗，比较两组临床疗效、修复满意度、不良情绪及生活质 量。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的66.67%（P ＜0.05）；观察组对牙齿排列效果、 牙齿形态轮廓、牙齿长宽比例、牙齿颜色、发音情况、微笑效果的满意度评分及总体满意度评分均高于对 照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组生理功能、社会功 能、心理功能评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 口腔正畸修复在上前牙美学修复治疗中的应用效果确 切，可提高修复效果，缓解患者的负面情绪，有利于改善其牙周指数，对于提高修复满意度具有积极意义。

Application Effect of Orthodontic in Aesthetic Restorationof Upper Anterior Teeth

Objective To observe the effect of orthodontic in the aestheticrestoration of upper anterior teeth. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of upper anterior teeth in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine repair treatment, and the observation group was given orthodontic repair treatment. The clinical efficacy, restoration satisfaction,negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores and overall satisfaction scores of the observation group on tooth arrangement effect, tooth shape contour, tooth length-width ratio, tooth color, pronunciation and smile effect were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physiological function, social function and psychological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of orthodontic in the aesthetic restoration of upper anterior teeth is effective, which can improve the restoration effect, alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve the periodontal index, and has positive significance for improving the satisfaction of restoration.
