优质护理对剖宫产产妇伤口美观性影响

目的 分析对剖宫产产妇开展优质护理的效果及对切口美观性的影响。方法 选择2022年6月-2023年6月于本院行剖宫产手术的60例产妇为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施优质护理，比较两组切口美观性、肠道排气效果及瘢痕情况。结果 观察组切口美观优良率为100.00%，高于对照组的90.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组肠道排气总有效率为100.00%，高于对照组的76.67%（P ＜0.05）；观察组OSAS、PSAS评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 优质护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果确切，可有效提升切口美观性，且瘢痕淡化效果良好，有助于促进肠道蠕动及产后恢复。

Effect of High Quality Nursing on the Wound Aesthetics of Cesarean Section

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on cesarean section and its influence on wound aesthetics.Methods Sixty parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as theresearch objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 parturientsin each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high quality nursing. The woundaesthetics, intestinal exhaust effect and scar condition were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and goodrate of wound aesthetics in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 90.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Thetotal effective rate of intestinal exhaust in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 76.67% in the control group(P <0.05). The scores of OSAS and PSAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). ConclusionThe application of high quality nursing in cesarean section is effective, which can effectively improve the wound aesthetics, and theeffect of scar desalination is good. Meanwhile, it is helpful to promote intestinal peristalsis and postpartum recovery.
