以患者为中心的健康教育模式对改善剖宫产初产妇切口瘢痕的影响

目的 探究剖宫产初产妇应用以患者为中心的健康教育模式对改善切口瘢痕的影响。方法 选择 2023年2月-11月我院实施剖宫产的初产妇70例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组 实施常规围术期护理干预，观察组实施以患者为中心的健康教育干预，比较两组切口愈合效果、瘢痕情 况、负性情绪、生活质量、护理满意度。结果 观察组切口愈合总有效率为91.43%，高于对照组的77.14% （P ＜0.05）；观察组瘢痕宽度及厚度低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后SAS及SDS评分低于对照组 （P＜0.05）；观察组SF-36评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。 结论 以患者为中心的健康教育模式能提升剖宫产初产妇术后切口瘢痕的美观性，改善产妇负面情绪，且 产妇对护理满意度较高。

Effect of Patient-centered Health Education Model on Improving Incision Scar of Primiparas Undergoing Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the effect of patient-centered health education model on improving incision scar in primiparas undergoing cesarean section. Methods A total of 70 primiparas who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from February 2023 to November 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 primiparas in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention, and the observation group was given patient-centered health education intervention. The incision healing effect, scar condition, negative emotion, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups at 1 month after operation. Results The total effective rate of incision healing in the observation group was 91.43%, which was higher than 77.14% in the control group (P <0.05). The width and thickness of scar in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Patient-centered health education model can improve the aesthetics of incision scar after cesarean section, improve their negative emotions, and maternal satisfaction with nursing is high.
