纳米复合树脂材料在前牙美容修复中的应用效果

目的 探析前牙美容修复应用纳米复合树脂材料的临床效果。方法 选取2022年5月-2023年5月于我院进行前牙美容修复的74例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各37例。对照组采用光固化复合树脂材料修复，观察组采用纳米复合树脂材料修复，比较两组修复效果、口腔健康状况、VAS评分、修复满意度及并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%，高于对照组的83.78%（P ＜0.05）；观察组菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、牙龈出血指数均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗1周、3周、1个月后的VAS评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后牙齿美观程度、舒适程度、修复体形态、色泽、边缘部位咬合度评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为5.41%，低于对照组的16.22%（P ＜0.05）。结论 纳米复合树脂材料在前牙美容修复中应用效果理想，可提升修复效果，改善患者口腔健康状况，减轻疼痛感，提升修复满意度，降低并发症发生风险。

Application Effect of Nano-composite Resin Material in Aesthetic Restoration of Anterior Teeth

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nano-composite resin materials in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods A total of 74 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 37 patients in each group. The control group was repaired with light-cured composite resin materials, and the observationgroup was repaired with nano-composite resin materials. The repair effect, oral health status, VAS score, repair satisfaction andcomplication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation groupwas 94.59%, which was higher than 83.78% of the control group (P <0.05). The plaque index, periodontal pocket depth and gingivalbleeding index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The VAS scores of the observationgroup after 1 week, 3 weeks and 1 month of treatment were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, thescores of tooth aesthetics, comfort, shape, color and edge occlusion of the restoration in the observation group were higher thanthose in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.41%, which was lower than16.22% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nano-composite resin materials in the aesthetic restorationof anterior teeth is ideal, which can improve the repair effect, improve the oral health status of patients, reduce pain, improve thesatisfaction of repair, and reduce the incidence of complications.
