前馈控制在住院患者跌倒管理中的应用

目的提高护士对跌倒防范的护理能力，预防和减少住院患者跌倒的发生。方法运用前馈控制理论与方法对护士进行跌倒防范知识培训，运用跌倒风险评估表对住院患者进行评估，针对跌倒高风险患者采取相应的护理措施，遵循PDCA（计划、执行、检查、处理）循环原理，不断完善前馈控制体系。结果护士对预防跌倒护理知识的掌握情况逐年趋好，高风险患者跌倒发生率由2010年的1．26％降至2012年的0．90％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论前馈控制是住院患者跌倒管理的有效手段，可有效降低住院患者跌倒发生率。

Application of feedforward control in the treatment of fall events of inpatients

Objective To enhance nurses＇ nursing ability of fall-preventing to prevent and reduce the fall cases of inpa- tients. Methods The theory and method of feedforward control were used to train the nurses on fall-preventing skills ; the risk assessment tables were adopted to evaluate the inpatients;for the inpatients with high risk of fall,the corresponding nursing measures were adopted according to the PDCA （plan-do-check-action） cycling theory, to improve the feedforward control system constantly. Results The mastery of nurses＇ nursing skills of fall-preventing was better year by year, the occurrence ratio of fall of inpatients with high risk decreased from 1.26% in 2010 to 0.90% in 2012 with statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Feedforward control is an effectual means to manage the fall of inpatients and reduce the occurrence ratio of fall of inpatients effectively.
