| 摘 要： | 目的探讨层粘蛋白（ＬＮ）、层粘蛋白受体（ＬＮ－Ｒ）与原发性肝细胞癌（ＨＣＣ）生物学行为的关系。方法采用ＳＡＢＣ法检测４２例肝细胞癌及癌旁组织中层粘蛋白（ＬＮ）、层粘蛋白受体（ＬＮ－Ｒ）的表达情况。结果ＬＮ、ＬＮ．Ｒ在肝细胞癌中的表达均显著高于癌旁组织（Ｐ＜０．０５），且与肝细胞癌Ｅｄｍｏｎｄｓｏｎ分级呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）；浸润型（ＩＨＣＣ）生长、有转移、肿瘤直径＞３ｃｍ者ＬＮ、ＬＮ－Ｒ表达高，而膨胀型（ＥＨＣＣ）生长、无转移、肿瘤直径≤３ｃｍ者多表达较低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论细胞内ＬＮ、ＬＮ－Ｒ水平可作为评价肝细胞癌恶性程度及转移潜能的良好指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of laminin(LN), laminin receptor(LNR) and the biological behavior of HCC. Methods The SABC immunohistochemical method is used to study the expressions of LN, LN-R in 42 cases of HCC and their pericancerous tissues. Results The scores of LN and LNR are higher in HCC than in the pericancerous tissues(P < 0.05). The expressions of LN and LN-R are correlated positively with Edmondson grade. In HCC with metastasis, the scores of LN and LN-R are significantly higher than those in HCC without metastasis(P<0.05). Their expressions are also higher in HCC with IHCC than in HCC with EHCC(P<0.05). Moreover, scores of LN and LN-R with tumor size>3cm in diameter are higher than those with tumor size≤3cm(p <0.05). Conclusions The expressions of LN and LN-R in cytoplasm can be viewed as an indicator of the malignancy and metastatic potential of HCC. |
