颅脑损伤颅内压与眼内压的临床相关性研究

目的:研究急性重型颅脑损伤患者颅内压(ICP)与眼内压(IOP)的临床相关性,并初步探讨其发生机制。方法:额叶脑组织植入法监测17例急性重型颅脑损伤患者术后不同时刻的ICP,眼角膜接触法同时监测患侧或严重一侧的IOP。结果:急性重型颅脑损伤患者在发生ICP增高的同时,都继发IOP增高等病理变化,且ICP与IOP呈显著正相关,但两者之间不存在恒定的系数关系。结论:通过监测IOP,能够间接反映ICP,并有效指导治疗。

Study on the clinical correlation between intracranial pressure and intraocular pressure in patients with craniocerebral injury

Objective: To study the clinical correlation between intracranial pressure (ICP) and intraocular pressure (IOP) of patients with acute serious craniocerebral injury,and research its preliminary mechanism. Methods: ICP of 17 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were monitored by embedding sensor in frontal lobe at different phases after surgery. At the same time we detected the IOP on the injury side or side more seriously with ophthalmotonometer. Results: Patients of acute serious craniocerebral injury had increased ICP which succeed with IOP at the same time. ICP had significant positive correlation to IOP,but no constant coefficient correlation. Conclusion: We can know IOP indirectly by monitoring IOP,so as to guide the treatment.
