延期妊娠并发羊水过少63例临床分析

目的：探讨延期妊娠并发羊水过少对围生儿的影响。方法；采用回顾性分析方法，对延期妊娠分娩的产妇羊水正常组296例及羊水过少组63例进行对比分析。结果：羊水过少组中胎儿窘迫率、新生儿窒息率及剖宫磁率均显著高于羊水正常组。结论：延期妊娠并发羊水过少，一经确诊应积极引产，估计短时间内不能分娩者，应剖宫产结束分娩。

Clinical analysis of 63 oligobydramnios in post expected date of confinement pregnancies

Objective：To analyse the effects of oligohydramnios in post expected date of confinement pregnancies on perinatal infant．Methods：we retrospectively reviewed the records of 359#multiparas in post expected date of confinement pregnancies．Women were divided into two groups （oligohydramnios group＃ n＝63， normal amniotic fluid group n＝296）．Characteristics of amniotic fluid，placental maturity，fetal distress，asphyxia neonatorum，labor induced ，postpartum hemorrhage and cesartean section were compared between these two groups．Results：The rate of fetal distress，asphyxia neonatorum and cesarean section in oligohydramnios group were significantly higher than those in normal amniotic fluid group（P＜0．05）．Conclusion：In post expected date of confinement pregnacies，once it is accurately diagnosed，we must actively terminate the pregnancy．Cesarean section should be the first choice ，if the vaginal delivery cant be expected to initiate in a short period．
