| 摘 要： | 病区清洁卫生、消毒隔离工作是医疗单位的一项基础工作,是预防医院感染的重要环节。重视对清洁卫生工作的管理,加强卫生员队伍建设,完善规章制度和监管手段,严格各项具体措施的落实,对预防医院感染、创造卫生安全的医院环境具有重要作用。护理管理者要不断提高对病区清洁卫生、消毒工作重要性的认识;帮助卫生员树立科学的卫生理念;关注卫生员群体的防护保障,加强医院感染管理。

| Abstract: | Ward cleaning,disinfection and isolation are one of the most basic works in hospital,which are the important steps to prevent and control hospital infection.It will make positive effect on hospital infection control and creating sanitary and safe medical environment to pay close attention to the supervision and management of cleaning,strengthen the management of nursing aids,steam,consummate the rules and regulations,and strictly supervise all the detailed measures to be carried out.Nursing administrators should enhance the understanding for the importance of ward cleaning and disinfection,help the nursing aids to set up the scientific sanitation ideas and pay attention to their own safeguard to prevent hospital infection.Author's address:Department of Hospital Infection Control,Dalian Sanatorium of Shenyang Military Region,Dalian 116013,China |
