| 摘 要： | 目的观察经皮肝动脉超选插管栓塞治疗肝血管瘤的临床疗效。方法对37例确诊肝血管瘤患者,超选至肝动脉后以超液化碘油和平阳霉素栓塞硬化治疗。结果31例1次栓塞,6例行2次栓塞。随访2~12个月,瘤体缩小>50%者21例,缩小20%~50%者9例,<20%以下者7例,均无严重并发症发生。结论超液化碘油和平阳霉素经皮肝动脉超选插管栓塞治疗肝血管瘤疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous hepatic artery superselective catheterization and embolization for liver hemangioma.Method 37 patients of liver hemangioma were performed superselective catheterization and embolization via hepatic artery with ultra-fluid lipiodol and bleomycin A5.Results 31 cases were embolized one time and the other 6 cases twice.During the 2 to 12 months follow-up,the tumor size was reduced more than 50% in 21 cases,20%～50% in 9 cases,and less than 20% in 7 cases w... |
