参战护理人员心理选拔成分的构建

目的 确定参战护理人员心理选拔的成分。方法 运用问卷调查和因素分析等量性研究方法,结合技术性文献分析、开放性登录、轴心登录和核心式登录等质性研究方法,对参战护理人员的心理选拔成分进行了探讨。结果 参战护理人员心理选拔的成分有责任心、信心、爱心、机敏性、勇敢性、顽强性和沟通力七个因素,因素分析显示总特征值为47.757分,累计贡献率为57.497%（其中,责任心是核心,特征值为16.267,贡献率为19.584%）,分属于认知、情绪、意志、个性和行为五个维度（其中,个性维度是核心）。结论 参战护理人员的心理选拔应以具体的七个因素为内容,从知、情、意、个性和行为这五个维度着手实施。

A study on the elements of psychological selection for the nurses in war

Objective To confirm the elements of psychological selection for the nurses in war. Methods Quantitative methods and grounded theory methods such as factor analysis, open coding, axial coding and core coding et al were used to explore the elements. Results There were seven elements of psychological selection for the nurses in war, including accountability, confidence, compassionate, alertness, braveness, pertinacity and communication, factor analysis indicated that the eigenvalue was 47.757, the accumulative contribution rate was 57.497% (Among them, the core element was accountability, the eigenvalue was 16.267, the contribution rate was 19.584%). The seven elements were belonging to five dimensionalities including perceive, emotion, will, personality and behavior(Among them, the core dimensionality was personality). Conclusion Psychological selection of the nurses in war should be done according to the five dimensionalities which including seven elements.
