枸橘药材质量标准的研究

目的 制定枸橘药材的质量标准,以利于中药使用的规范化，使枸橘药材能够更为广泛的应用于医疗事业。方法 采用TLC法对枸橘药材进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法测定柚皮苷的含量。结果 在TLC色谱中枸橘药材柚皮苷斑点清晰；柚皮苷在20～100μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9993；平均回收率为99．896，RSD=1．53％。结论 所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,可用于枸橘药材的质量控制。

Study on quality standards of GouJu Herbs

OBJECTIVE To develop GouJu medicinal herbs＇ quality standards and facilitate the standardization of traditional and herbal drugs, so as to make GouJu medicinal herbs more widely used in medical region. METHOD The TLC and HPLC methods were used for identification and quantitative determination of naringin. RESULT GouJu could be identified by TLC. Naringin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 20- 100μg, r = 0. 9993. The average recovery was 99.8 %, and RSD was 1.53 %. CONCLUSION The methods can be used for the quality control of GouJu.
