摘    要:Graves病(Graves disease,GD)并发的浸润性突眼称为Graves眼病Graves ophthalmopathy,GO)。GO的病因及发病机制尚未完全明确,目前认为是一种遗传、环境、免疫等多因素参与的器官特异性自身免疫性疾病。GO的诊断不难,以往根据NOSPECS诊断分级标准判断病情严重程度,近年来多采用Luigi的GO严重程度评分表:轻度:突眼度19~20mm,间断出现复视,无视力改变;

Effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on hemodynamics during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on hemodynamics during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG). Methods The hemodynamics of 25 OPCABG patients was investigated during operations. They were devided into two groups randomly,the meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate group(MAC group) and the control group. After induction of anesthesia and the circulation stabilization,meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate 1.8 mg/kg dissolved in 5% glucose 20 ml were pumping in the patients in MAC group in 30 minutes,while 5% glucose 20 ml were pumping in the patients in control group in 30 minutes,and Swan-Gans catheters were applied to moniter the hemodynamics parameters such as HR,CCO,SVRI,PVRI,MAP,MPAP,PCWP and CVP. Results There was no significant difference between the MAC group and the control group in HR,MAP,MPAP,PCWP and CVP(P>0.05). There was significant difference between MAC group and control group in CCO,SVRI,PVRI(P<0.05). Conclusion Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate can increase the intracellular concentration of cyclic adenosine monophosphate so as to produce a marked effect,such as increasing CCO,decrease SVRI and PVRI,enhancing its inotropic effect and myocardial contractility,improving the cardiac muscle blood-pumping function,dilating vascellum and degrading oxygen consumption of myocardium.
