| 摘 要： | 采用夹板外固定配合跟骨牵引治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折 5 3例 ,具有操作简便、损伤小、骨折愈合快、功能锻炼早、并发症少等优点 ,优良率达 96 2 %。是治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折较好方法。

| Abstract: | The aticle reviews 53 cases from June 1996 to June 2000 of the fractional fracture of the tibias of the fibulas by external fiction with the small splints and the bone trution by the calcaneus.The maneuver is easy and the detriment is Little.The fracture cure fast and the action enhance early and and fewer complications.The rate of excellence is 96 4%.The writers believe that it is a better way to cure the fractures of the tibles or the fiblas. |
