| Abstract: | We present a 79-year-old woman with coronary heart disease who underwent complete revascularization by using a No-React bovine internal mammary artery seeded with autologous endothelial cells. Her postoperative course was uneventful, and the patient was recently in New York Heart Association functional class I. Multislice computed tomography imaging showed patent grafts at 20 months of follow-up. |
