| 摘 要： | 目的：观察磁性附着体下颌全口种植覆盖义齿的临床应用效果。方法：用MAGMAX2磁性附着体为21名患者制作下颌全口种植覆盖义齿，粘固磁体前后进行咀嚼效率和固位力测试，并做临床观察及问卷式主观感受的评价。结果：粘结磁体后固位力及咀嚼效率明显增加（P＜0．01），使用感觉也有改善。结论：磁附着体种植覆盖义齿的修复优于普通义齿，尤其对下颌条件不好的患者效果更为明显，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the restorative effects of the mandibular implant-retained overdentures connected to implants by magnetic attachments Methods:Twenty one subjects were selected and treated with mandibular implant-retained complete overdentures connected to implants by magmax 2 mangnetic attachments Each patients masticatory function overdenture retention force were measured at different periods and the statistics of each individual were compared respectively and the patients feeling was investigated at different periods.Results: The restorative effects of the mandibular implant-retained overdentures connected to implants by maganetic attachments were improved significantly and no obvious discomfort feeling appeared.Conclusion: The mandibular implant-retained overdentures connected to implants by magnetic attachments is worthy to be popularized in application. |
