| Abstract: | A 45-year-old man presented with scalp exogenous nodules for four years. Systemic examination showed no abnormalities. The diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia was confirmed by his-topathology. The patient was followed up for 4 months and no relapse was found. |
