寻常痤疮皮损炎症程度与外周血Th17细胞和IL-17的关系

目的：确定寻常痤疮皮损炎症程度与外周血Th17细胞和IL-17的相关性.方法：采用流式细胞仪检测外周血Th17细胞水平,酶联吸附试验（ELISA）检测外周血单核细胞IL-17A mRNA的表达,RT-PCR法检测IL-17A mRNA水平.结果：正常对照组、轻度痤疮组3项指标显著低于中重度痤疮组（P〈0.05）,健康对照组和轻度痤疮组之间无显著差别（P〉0.05）.结论：Th17细胞可能和中重度痤疮的发病和炎症性皮损的形成有关,有望通过抑制Th17细胞的作用来治疗中重度痤疮.

The relationship between the severity of the lesion and Th17 cells and IL-17 level in the peripheral blood of patients with acne vulgaris

Objective： To correlate the severity of the lesion and the level of Th17 cells, and the expression of IL-17 among the patients with acne vulgaris. Methods： The Th17 cells in the peripheral blood were e- valuated by flow cytometry.The IL-17 level in the peripheral blood was measured by enzyme-linked immu- nosorbent assay （ELISA）. The level of IL-17A mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. Results： The level of the three parameters mentioned above was lower in healthy controls and the patients with mild degree of acne vulgaris than in the patients with mid- and severe acne vulgaris （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the three parameters between the healthy controls and the patients with mild acne vulgaris （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Thl7 cells may be involved in the development of mid- and severe acne vulgaris and the formation of inflammatory lesions.
