| 摘 要： | 目的:评价皮肤镜在皮肤肿瘤筛检中的应用价值。方法:比较皮肤镜图像分析与病理确诊的符合率。结果:皮肤镜图像分析技术在诊断皮肤肿瘤方面与病理诊断的总体符合率达92.44%,其中恶性黑素瘤、基底细胞癌、脂溢性角化病的诊断符合率分别达82.61%、96%和93.26%。结论:皮肤镜图像分析技术在皮肤肿瘤筛检中具有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To determine the value of dermoscopy image analysis technique in the screening of cutaneous tumors. Methods： The agreement of dermoscopy image analysis technique and pathology was com-pared. Results： The total agreement rate between dermoscopy image analysis technique and pathology was 92.44%. The agreement rates in the diagnosis of malignant melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and seborrheic keratosis were 82.61%, 96%, and 93.26%, respectively. Conclusion： Dermoscopy image analysis technique is a valuable tool in the screening of cutaneous tumors. |
