血清C反应蛋白血糖及血脂检测及临床意义

目的分析血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平不同与血糖(Glu)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂之间的变化关系。方法测定156例健康成人CRP、Glu、HbA1c、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB),按CRP水平分为3组,对数据进行分析。结果CRP较高水平组与较低水平组相比Glu、HbA1c、TG、CHO、LDL-C、ApoB升高有显著差异,有统计学意义。结论监测血清C反应蛋白及血糖、血脂水平变化对研究糖尿病及心血管疾病的发病,有一定临床意义。

Detection and Their Clinical Significance of Serum C-reaction Protein, Glucose and Lipid

Objective To analyze the changing relation between C - reaction protein level and Glu, HbAc, lipid. Meth. otis The CRP, Glu, HbAc, TG, CHO, HDL-C, LDL-C, ApoA, ApoB of 156 healthy adults were detected. The data were analyzed asthey were divided into 3 groups as CRP level. Results There was significant difference in increasing of Glu, HbAc, TG, CHO, HDL - C, LDL - C, ApoB between higher level of CRP and lower level of CRP. Conclusion The monitor of serum C - reaction protein and changing of Glu, and lipid level might have significance to study incidence of the diabetes and cardiovascular disease in clinic.
