超声诊断甲状腺结节性肿块的分析

目的探讨超声对甲状腺结节性肿块诊断的价值。方法对在本院手术并经过病理证实的197例甲状腺结节性肿块声像图资料进行回顾分析。结果甲状腺腺瘤39例,符合35例,符合率89.7%;结节性甲状腺肿143例,符合125例,符合率87.4%;甲状腺癌15例,符合13例,符合率86.6%;误诊24例,误诊率12.1%;其中15例误诊为甲状腺腺瘤;3例误诊为乳腺癌;6例误诊为结节性甲状腺肿;结论超声诊断甲状腺结节性肿块无创伤、无放射、操作方便,符合率高,为临床确定治疗方案提供有利依据。

The Analysis for Ultrasound Diagnosis of Thyroid Nodular Lumps

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodular lumps.Methods Retrospect and analysis 197 cases which were after surgery in our hospital,pathologically confirmed thyroid nodule lumps of sonographic data. Results 39 cases of thyroid adenoma,found 35 cases,the coincidence rate of 89.7%;143 cases of nodular goiter,found 125 cases, the rate of 87.4%;15 cases of thyroid cancer,found 13 cases,the rate of 86.6%;24 cases of misdiagnosis,misdiagnosis rate of 12. 1%;of which 15 cases were misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma,3 cases misdiagnosed as breast cancer,6 cases misdiagnosed as nodular goiter.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodular lumps was non-invasive,no radiation,easy to operate,and has the high coincidence rate,it provide a favorable clinical basis for determining treatment.
